What: Celebrities team up to drive the revolutionary car called The Phoenix, which class than $14,000 and is made from 90% recycled parts in an effort to promote electronic waste recycling. It has already traveled an unprecedented 750 miles on a single charge, which is more than the Tesla P100Dm, Nissan Leaf, Chevy Bold and Fiat 500e combined. The purpose of The Phoenix is to demonstrate “Hybrid Recycling,” and help show the world what is possible from electric vehicles. The EV is designed by electronic waste recycling pioneer Eric Lundgren, who is known for innovating and leading a national movement for individuals and businesses to utilize a process he calls Hybrid Recycling. With a client roster of Fortune 500 companies including Nintendo, Motorola, Panasonic, Dell, Best Buy and more, Eric promotes that re-use is the purest form of recycling, and to put this into action he created America’s leading hybrid recycling plant called ITAP.
